Event - Pizza Ride!
I have been inspired by @llamalloyd and think it'd be nice to do a gentle cruise to Port Adelaide to have some pizza.
No pace expectations. Only good-vibe expectations.

Where: Meet on the southern side of the weir at the bottom of the Torrens Lake
It's a social thing!
It gives me time and space to think, and it feels meditative. In the morning it feels like it wakes me up and primes me for the day. It gets my blood pumping. In the afternoon it's the delineation between work-time and home-time.

I’ve reached D-1. Most people omit half of the answer to the question “how many bikes do I need?”, only saying that you need N+1 bikes, where N is the number of bikes you currently have.
The one bit of bike geometry that matters
Bike geometry is a whole giant rabbit warren, and should you want to study it, all power to you. However, if you just want to get a bike that rides really well there's one bit of bike geometry that you should pay attention to: the seat tube angle.
